A day in the life of a NETS trainee

This video takes you through a typical day of NETS to give you an idea what the NETS programme actually looks and feels like. You can see from the following timetable how the day is broken up. However, not all weeks are the same - you will be involved in some courses that run over the weekend or in the evening but you always get the equivalent time off during the week.

11.00am Break
11.20am Session 2
12.45pm Lunch
2.45pm Session 3
4.00pm Break
4.15pm Session 4
5.30pm Break
5.45pm Evening Meal
